Only one species of Momordica is recorded in Britain, the introduced Balsam-pear (M. charantia).

No British miner is recorded on Momordica in Britain.

Elsewhere the agromyzid Liriomyza trifolii is recorded mining Momordica. See also Liriomyza species in Glasshouses and/or Quarantine Interceptions.
